I love the recipes in this book! The Most moist chocolate cake I've ever eaten or baked. Simple ingredients are used as well so you don't have to spend crazy money on some rare ingredients only found in an expensive healthfood store. Simple ingredients and directions. The only thing I wish is that there be more recipes and of things I wouldn't know how to make vegan. For example, there's banana bread and chocolate cake but those things can easily be converted to vegan by using vegan fat as opposed to butter from other recipes. That said, it was still the Most delicious chocolate cake I've EVER had. So its worth it.
