    Great bump feed head for heavy work.

    I fitted this to a stihl fs450 , which normally has a mulching slasher blade. With any other line feed head, this machine has simply torn off the lines from the spool at the eyelets on contact with brambles or other tough obstacles. The 46-2 bump feed head does not seem to suffer from this problem with its already fitted line, mainly due to eyelet design being better it seems. Used for an hour to clear growth from agricultural 3 line electric fence (brambles, thistles and small ash seedlings and only required one bump for more line, no breakages. Altogether a more satisfying experience !
