Lauded in grindcore circles for its groundbreaking 1989 debut, WORLD DOWNFALL, Terrorizer disbanded in the early '90s, but its legacy grew with passing years, as its members dispersed to other notable acts such as Napalm Death and Morbid Angel. Resurrected in 2006 by guitarist Jesse Pintado, the revamped Los Angeles-based group launches into pummeling tracks here that perfectly embody the fierce metal subgenre, as best evidenced on the punishing, eco-minded "Crematorium."
