    Logitech G910 Orion Spark Keyboard

I actually wasn't expecting much when I ordered this keyboard, because let's face it, it's all plastic, it has a weird wrist rest, and the key shapes are pretty odd. After watching numerous review videos, I was finally able to convince myself to try out this keyboard. In all honesty, Logitech is quite professional. First of all, the box that the keyboard came in was well designed, and it was pleasant to unbox. I then plugged the keyboard in, and the lights came on. I found the interface easy to use, and the customization to be quite nice. I'm not too crazy about lights (except for the times when I use the keyboard in the dark) but what I found quite frustrating was that I couldn't assign any keys to switch between lighting profiles. I actually did not take this into consideration when I bought the keyboard, but other than that, the keyboard was great overall. The shaped keys were not an issue, especially when I typed, and I actually found that the Romer-G switches were really nice. They are quiet, like Cherry-MX Brown switches, and the response time for each key was extremely short. I like the response time of the keyboard more than those of the Razer Blackwidow Ultimate or the Corsair K70. While I do love those two keyboards, I just found that the G910 was exactly what I was looking for in a keyboard: great feel, great response time, and no noise issues from the keys (that was a big issue while I was using my mic). Overall great product!

A cheap product masquerading as a nice one

This keyboard *looks* like a mechanical gaming keyboard but doesn't work like one. It has RGB colors, but it runs on a continuous spectrum that can't be adjusted--no color selection, no brightness options, merely on and off. The keys sound just like my $20 office keyboard and lack the satisfying click of a true mechanical keyboard. The "wrist rest" is clumsy and heavy. All that said, it's still a Logitech keyboard. It lacks the premium feeling of a mechanical keyboard, but it still types your words in just like normal, and the media and gaming keys are all functional. The thing is, you can have that experience for 1/3 the price of this unit with its empty bells and whistles. You won't hate it, but you won't be impressed, either.

  • Good quality but software is lacking

Overall, it's a nice keyboard, but honestly doesn't serve the price very well. Pros: - Nice keys; they're overexaggerated in many youtube reviews. They work well & feel good. - Lighting is very nice, and offers many options when it comes to customization. - Keys are easy to type with and game with. Macro keys do take time getting used to. - Fingerprints are nonexistent - Smartphone dock - Volume rocker and media buttons Cons: - Not a very loud/clicky sound - Takes a while to get used to the keyboard (IMO) - Two brightness modes: On, or Off. - Software doesn't do everything I would like for it to do, but gets the job done - Can only program the extra programmable keys, unlike the Razer Blackwidow Chroma, that can program any key on the keyboard. - Changing the wrist rest was kind of a pain. - Smartphone cant charge while in dock - Would have liked to change change the lighting as I change to different profiles. You need to do this manually.

  • Great Keyboard for everything

This keyboard is awesome, it has a lot of great functionalities like the color customization and the G keys to porgram what ever you want. The ARX DOCK alow you to connect your cell phone like the screen ( in G15 and G19 versions) I recommend it for any one it is really well build and it is confortable for big hands. Cons. The keys sound like an old keyboard but this is for a good reason they have independent springs that make the key go back up faster. It is big, this is good for people with big hands but maybe not for everyone. I recommend this keyboard, it is a keyboard for last and heavy usage not just for gamers but for everyone. Hans

  • Good, but lacks something's.

Ok,first off, I LOVE THIS KEYBOARD. NOW onto my beefs with it, First they used blue less on the media keys by using a white let and a blue inner caps vs clear ones and having RGB like the 810 model. Second, The macro record key ends up more of a annoyance then a convince. Third. For the price no USB passthrough and no onboard memory to remember the lighting profile until the software hooks in.. Four. This is more of a beef with their lighting effects as a whole. They have a open software end so you can program your own lighting system, but why isn't their a sepctrum option for the lighting for music? Not even with their flagship headset ATM... You have to use a third part program to do it and add more dynamic and full library of lighting effects. Fifth. The white color dose end up blueish as everyone says... Which theirs no underneath lights that shine through blue so it isn't light bleeding... It's the LEDs themselves .Which tbh is normal even on 5050 LED strips, so not complaining..Much Now the good. The key presses feels great when pressed and are quiet, they articulate quickly and are at a good polling rate. The software has a lot of good going for it under macro area of the software, the blue is rich and clear.the antispill works (could be better....) I recommend another keyboard unless ya can score this for a flat 100$ like I could.

  • Incredibly comfortable and convenient keyboard!

This keyboard has got to the best one I've ever used. Some people complain that the keys hinder their typing because of the shape but I personally think that they are terrific and actually increase my typing speed. They are also extremely comfortable while typing and gaming. The keys cradle your finger tips perfectly, allowing more control and easy muscle memory. The lighting is pretty amazing as well. Lots of customization to go through with the logitech software. The Romer G switches feel wonderful. Very good, solid click but without the loud "clicky" sound. They feel very solid. For some reason the logitech software has a bug with this update that does not allow the four media keys to illuminate. Logitech has apparently acknowledged this and is working on a fix for the next update. The Arx dock is actually more useful than I personally thought it was going to be as I use it for monitoring my sydtems temps and stress. The "bigger" hand rest feels a bit wobbly but the smaller one is very snug, not sure what the deal is there. Overall this keyboard is extremely nice. I would personally recommend waiting for a sale as this keyboard is a bit on the pricey side (even though I couldnt be happier with it). I think around $90-$100 is a perfect price point for this amazing keyboard. Enjoy!

  • G910 defect needed some tlc and boom brand new sick keyboard

well in the details didnt say what was really wrong with the product. But I soon found out it was a manufacture defect because it was really brand new the space bar - romer switch was put in wrong and bent the whole assembly. I replaced it fairly quick but over time it bent back luckily so a great buy for 36$ hehehe for a 150$ msrp keyboard.

  • Happy to find new keyboard that is no longer made

Ordered to replace the one I had 6 years that was having issues. They don't make these any longer and it has more G keys than what is currently offered, which is why I like it. Command response is fantastic, color customization is fun. Received brand new as advertised.

  • One of the best keyboards on the market but it does have some flaws

The keys feel great to play games or even type on and they are fairly quiet but the longer keys namely the space bar are noisy if you use force to press them quickly as you do when gaming or trying quickly. The software is well designed how ever the lighting is a lot less customization then the competitors for RGB keyboard. Another problem with the product the key caps, they are great for gaming helping you stay on the right area of the keyboard but for typing they are a bit weird at least for the first two weeks using them. To be honest I love the phone dock and the volume wheel they make my life a lot easier so that is something to keep in mind. Over all I think this keyboard is the 2nd best on the market and if you are looking for a new keyboard it's a solid choice.

  • It looks like something out of this world!

Very stylish and easy to use, easy to find keys with no lights necessary, super easy to set up. This model is a little too bulky but it's a gamer's keyboard after all. Logitech is trusted brand and I'm loving their new technology.
