Great water saver
Well made device with multiple options for mounting. Adjustable for both the amount of rain that needs to fall before it deactivates the system, and for the recovery time before it becomes active again. Note the adapter that allows the unit to be mounted onto electrical conduit as shown in my photo seems to be made for US size rather than our 20mm conduit, however a replacement adapter is available from Bunnings as pictured (Item number 4330865)

Orbit Rain Sensor
Easy to install. Plenty of options on where to fit. Rather than drilling holes into the meter box I used silicon adhesive. The sensor is very light in weight so there will be no problems with it falling off. Both Orbit units are in full sun and weather. A side note: I use an insect surface spray to keep the ants out. And the Orbit controller has replaced an Orbit controller that was 25 years old.
