Fill with water and submerges! Do NOT buy here!
Under normal use This product fills with water and sinks. I has a floor that does NOT allow the water to drain away and the weight of the water makes it submerge. In our opinion it is dangerous and not fit for purpose. We are experienced with water towables and do not recommend this item.
