perfect for my needs
I needed a thermostat switch to heat an insulated cuntainer about 1/3 m/square using a hologin globe as heatying element and opted for this one. It is working very well and seems to be long lasting compared to many others I was using that seem to go faulty and or burn out in the past. the temferature cut in and out works very well too.The only fault I found is fhe setting instruction is not very easy to understand and missing the fact that every setting has to individually be locked by pressing tha set button again and holding before moving to the next setting. this is not explained at all in the instructions. all else it O.K.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This temp controller is a top quality item. It has multiple variance settings and over and under temp alarms. Temperature can be set to within 1/10th of a degree and it is dead accurate. Perfect to convert a freezer to a Keezer

used in saltwater aquarium
I researched online a bit before buying this as I am using it in a reef tank. The probe is not titanium so to be safe I coated it in silicone, just brushed a thin layer on. Been on for a few months now and all is well. I have 2 in 2 different tanks and they are both working great.
