This looks to be the 2012 first 180 gram special edition Kill Rock Stars release. It is still sealed in the original factory plastic bag (this came in poly bag, not shrink.) The bag is fully sealed with UPC and 180g Hype sticker and original price tag. This does have a little minor wear from storage such as a light corner crease on the cover, and some general light storage wear, but otherwise still new/sealed. No signs of warpage or any other notable issues. Please review pictures to establish condition. This will be carefully shipped in a new poly sleeve bubble wrapped in a quality cardboard LP Mailer with stiffener.

NotesEither/Or is the third studio album by American singer/songwriter Elliott Smith. Recorded in several locations mostly in Portland, Oregon while Smith was still in Heatmiser and produced by Smith, Tom Roth rock and Rob Schnapf, Either/Or was released on February 25, 1997 through record label Kill Rock Stars following the demise of Heatmiser. Book-ended by the two singles "Speed Trials" and "Ballad of Big Nothing", Either/Or did not chart in the US but was acclaimed by critics. Following the album's release, Smith would be struck to the forefront of popular culture after performing the song "Miss Misery", which appeared in the film Good Will Hunting, at the 1998 Academy Awards.
