Notes2019 release. Bastille's Doom Days is a lyrically abrasive and unapologetic call-out to society's ignorance at the forefront of the end of the world - or at least the end of the world as we know it. Bastille began as a solo project by lead vocalist Dan Smith, but later expanded to include keyboardist Kyle Simmons, bassist and guitarist Will Farquarson and drummer Chris "Woody" Wood.
