Great for some, not for others Do I recommend it ? ...No Why ... I think it was hard to get into. Is it good value? ....For me it wasn't ...I must have missed something. Is the content compelling? No... As I said I must have missed something because I have read many a good review on this book. So I'll just say it wasn't for me. The first 50% of this book is his story about wanting to be a superhero and how there’s a ‘superhero in all of us’. (I didn't find my superhero) Okay, and then the rest of the book talks about eating healthy, sleeping well, and believing in yourself. I was stubborn enough to finish it, (hey maybe that is my superpower) but it took me a while, ended up being a hard slog.

It read too much as a biography for the first 6 or so chapters. Toi much focus on the authors life, very little focus on actually self help for reader. Personal overated, I feel Eckhart Tolle books more constructive & useful in terms of self help.

I don’t often leave reviews, but this book has thought me so much about things I thought I already knew a lot about. The writing style is great and Jim gives you a lot of tools to remember his tools/methods which in turn allow you to read and learn faster and better. I lend out my copy to a friend and he is impressed already.
