KTM overheating fix
This is the best purchase you can make if your bike did NOT come equipped with a fan!! I bought a 2008 KTM 450EXC-R last year and took up Trail riding with buddies. Didn’t take long to advance enough for some tough hill climbs and finding myself stuck having to overwork the clutch and engine to the point of overheating!! I resisted because of the cost and a bit nervous about the installation. Starting with installation.. SO EASY! If you can remove the side panels, you are capable of installing this without help. Apparently., KTMs already have a plug under the tank that fits right into the harness that comes on the fan! Three screws and plug it in. Done! 2 rides later and no more overheating. One gripe, my side panel kinda covers the digital readout.. have to get off bike to read it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This kit really works, all my buddies have one and i finally got one. Wow what a difference , keeps it cool even when you dont think you are getting hot.
