At last, some realistic reasons for diets that never worked, and how to make the difference in our gut biomes that lead to simple, controllable weight loss. I'm glad I never tried any of the other ways, which can only ever rebound. I'm just glad that people like Tim keep on asking the questions and coming up with the new science answers. The book arrived promptly, well-packed and in good condition.
