It Makes Good Sense!
Dr Greger makes good sense and sensible approach for a long term health and vitality. Why not try the natural way and get better health than doing the same old fast and processed food and paying through the nose for it. What Michael recommends are based on factual research findings that most big Pharma keep in hiding. I tried the simple methods recommended in the book for High blood pressure and I found good results. What you find in reading this book will suprise you. Definitely worth the read.

this book totally changed the way i view nutrition and the it plays in my life, it challenged so many false beliefs that i had inherited to the point where i had to accept that the diet and nutritional standards that western society told me were healthy are complete lies. it teaches you how to replace the good with the bad- it actually has answers that are sustainable for a whole and healthy life. the book is fun, straight forward and easy to follow, now that i have read this awesome book i know that i have unlocked the secret to true health, free from gimmicks and written for all to share! 10/10 outstanding

Heavy going because a lot of science behind it BUT it certainly makes one ponder abut what we eat and where it comes from. I would say anyone who wants to be healthy and live a little longer should definitely make this a must read.
