Unacceptable sound quality of messages through base unit playback.
Sound quality playing messages and audible announcement of caller from the base unit is quite awful, the worst I've ever heard. Phone playback is all right but the base unit sound is below acceptable. I've owned two Panasonic cordless systems before this. I am likely to return it. Total recording time needs to be longer, like 25 minutes,not 14 or 16minutes. The call block function is useful. The phone is easy to operate and is easy to read.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

this is an old model but it is quite good. It has 3000 stored numbers which means you can put everyone you ever called into it. It also has a phone blocker so if your carrier, like mine, only allows so much, the phone will take care of the rest. One funny thing is saying the names out loud like Joel it will say JOE - EL. This KX-TGE433B is so easy to set-up as it took all of 15 minutes to complete it. Sound quality is excellent and the handset is very easy to work with. I like this phone system very much, especially because the the talking caller ID feature, which lets me decide if I want to answer the call or not without lifting up the phone to read the name on the caller ID. nice system - top heavy base
Nice system . Replacing my old GE set that is 16 years old and finally failing . So I didn't want any negatives in this review, but you really can't get sound from the charger! LOL! I marked it good quality anyway and I really don't think I can determine how comfortable this charger is to the handset, but I'm going to assume it is. The handset has not complained to me about it yet. And the set up is just plugging it into the wall. I put the handset on it and it beeped and started charging.
