Great for what it is written for.
This book is such a help and a great extension for the original blood sugar diet. It provides more recipes to choose from so gives more variety to the diet which I must say works well. The recipes are easy to follow and not too expensive to buy the product for them like some recipe books are. I use my book daily and would recommend it to anyone looking to lower blood sugars and lose weight along with it.
