Works great, decent tool.
Yep, there are other bike chain tools for a third of the price, and then there are chain tools at double the price. For me, I shot midway and I am happy with this tool. Does it work? Yep, works great. Used on three different bikes, from the kids cheapie to the expensive TREK. Grips chain nicely in both compression and expansion, no slipping, no pinched fingers, or fiddling with wire. Feels and looks of decent quality, not that I have a comparison, but as a mechanic, I know a bit about tools and this tool is fine for the hobbiest. Pick yourself up one, makes the job so easy you will wonder why you didn’t get one ages ago.
