Just OK
It provides protection from surges and spikes in AC current which is good but it failed to solve the issues with "dirty '" power. It make no difference in the perceived tone/sound of my guitar amplifiers when the power was playing up during times of high demand. Originally I was putting the tonal degradation down to either too high voltages or too low voltages but while the fluctuation of voltage does impact the sound of valve guitar amplifiers I found that at times when the voltage was spot on 240 VAC (which my amplifiers are biased at that current )they could still sound bad. It's either DC current in the AC, dirty power which is a generalised term or a fluctuation in the hZ frequencey. The device didn't solve these problems. I knew it wasn't a voltage regulator. I was trying it to see if it would fix the issues I was having before outlaying serious money on a Voltage regulator and power conditioner designed for Äustralian"240 V @ 50hZ power!

Small power conditioner, can be hidden out of the way
Does an excellent job cleaning a noisy mains. Works perfectly with all components in my system except the tube power amp as dynamics are reduced with it in place. This unit is easily hidden away as it's small. It also doesn't emit RF interference like my previous conditioner did, it caused hum in the (high efficiency Alnico) speaker it was situated next to.
