After inserting the code in the SmartTh*ngs IDE, they work flawlessly using 4 of them. They show temps at each location. Their operation is almost identical to Ademc*/H*neywell 5800 wireless PIRs meaning that once they detect motion, they immediately return to normal for approx. 3 mins. which is better for most ST applications when used for notification or activation of sirens or other decives as apposed to most Zwave devices with stay active for the entire 3-4 minute duration.
Works with the smart things hub but wasn't as easy to setup up as others. Had to install device manager software which wasn't hard once I found instructions. It is a nice sensor though works at it should. Just in case someone has the same problem I did I searched connecting-your-bosch-isw-zpr1-wp13-wireless-pir-motion-sensor-to-Smartthings
I have three of these under my eve of my home going on four years. They have withstood our Texas extremes temps of a high of 114 down to a low of -2. One failed after 4 years. This was a replacement for the one that failed. I never expected them to so be this rugged and long lasting.
Motion Sensor for SmartThings that does not work consistently
Product was purchased to be used with SmartThings. It does not always work properly. The product is of good quality though in comparison to other sensors.
