Great power portable compressor
This compressor is excellent for my rv a Tiffin 43 ft MH being able to hook up to the battery and inflate my front tires to 120 psi is truly very convient. I can do it parked right in my yard with the 60 ft of hose they provide and being portable I can take it with me anywhere. If I pulling my jeep can use it for that as well just very difficult to get air on the road great to have at the campsite for fill tires and floats. RV necessity
Product fulfills intended features. Powerful and with several air fill options for whatever your tire inflating needs and whatever your tire size is all the way up to an RV. Even though it is a necessity, it is overpriced in comparison to all other Electrical compressors on the market today plus there is the Chinese factor which comes into place in terms on how long it will last, but it outweighed the decision of trying to find a place on the road to fill those mammoth RV tires. This is what took me so long to make the decision. Mine arrived with the threaded chuck defective which was quickly replaced by the factory. Great and durable
Excellent mobil compressor for the 4 wheel drive trips to keep the tire pressure where you need it and has the ability to get your tires back up to highway pressure when the fun in the woods is over! Lightweight with Great Features
Little skeptical because of previous experience with inferior pumps. So far, this has functioned perfectly. Have 6 tires requiring 120 PSI each. It takes a while but the pump has performed as advertised. I would recommend for motor home owners with high pressure tires. WOW, this is a NICE system.
Tires don't go flat in the driveway. We all know this only happens on a lonely stretch of road miles from civilization. If this is going to be my first line of defense on the side of the road trying to service 6 tires on my motorhome I AM NOT going to cheap out and buy something that is ALMOST as good. I've experienced that "Side of the road" disappointment before and it will never happen again. Viair has the best reputation and with good reason. Every piece of equipment that came with this set up is second to none, top notch quality. When I got my Viair, my expectations were very high. It met and exceeded every one of them. It’s nice piece of kit for rvs and off roading. I have mine mounted in the back of my pickup Permanently and it has come in handy a few times. 100% duty cycle is nice don’t have to worry about it. Small, efficient and well made.
I have spent many hours trying to locate an air source that would meet my needs to maintain truck and trailer tires at service stations and other facilities. Too many disappointing results to recount. Needless to say, I saw this pump listed on google and compared it to others. Checked out several reviews on utube and it convinced me to give it a try. It does exactly what it says it can do, very well. No BS, I was able to top off all eight of my tires (to 80 lbs.) within 10 minutes. A must for all big RV's
Low tires on a big RV can be very dangerous and cause a lot of damage if you have a blow out. I have tire pressure monitors, but if you have a low tire on the road or in a remote spot, finding a convenient high pressure air source can be difficult. Now, I have one with me at all times. It is compact enough to stow without using a lot of valuable storage space, it has everything you need all in an easy to handle carrying case. It is very high quality and easy to use anywhere.

Nothing like it for large motorhome use

Better than expected
Now I know what some other reviewers meant when they said they should have bought this sooner. I feel the same way. I've owned various cheap brands before and they either took to long to fill a tire up or broke shortly after purchase. The Viair 450P-RV is a solidly built unit and extremely fast. I was able to top off my 4 tires in about 10 mins tops (about 3 psi low in each). It's very quiet compared to other brands that I have owned. Quite honestly I could have gotten away with a lower model but I decided that I preferred the 450's 100% duty cycle. The fact that it shuts off automatically when the trigger is released is amazing as well.
