Good for Purpura or surface capillary blood vessel issues
This stuff really works for my Purpura on my legs. However, I do add a few drops of fragrant massage oil and stir it up, as the medicinal smell is too powerful initially. The added fragrant massage oil does wonders to tamp down the smell, as this product does help for surface capillary blood vessel issues.

Really good cream for foot edema
This stuff works really well for my foot edema and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I am on xarelto (blood thinner) for some heart issues, so I called my pharmacist and asked if the xarelto would interact with the horse chestnut cream/ointment. I was advised it wouldn't and I am happy to report it hasn't.
