multi release cleats
The multi release cleats are fantastic. If you dont like cleats because your foot sometimes gets stuck in them, then these are what you want. These cleats release from the pedal every time. No special twist of the foot. They release in any direction you move your foot except backwards, forwards or up. An adjustment of the pedal clamp may be needed. I have mine backed right off
