Significat improvement to transceiver's performance
My Icom IC-737A has long since been out of production, and I despaired of ever finding the CW filter to pair with the one in the transceiver. When I saw this advertised I immediately purchased it, and since fitting it has significantly enhanced the CW performance of this excellent rig. True, it's hardly 'state-of-the-art' but nevertheless, when equipped with this filter its performance is still comparable to more modern rigs, and can give a very good account of itself.

This filter makes all the difference in the world when working CW on an IC-718. They don't make them anymore, so I got mine used. Great investment.

These filters are rare as rocking horse poo these days. And why? They are razor sharp at digging out the signals from all the QRM. I reckon your radio has only one leg if you don’t have one of these.

Discontinued but necessary.
Useful for older Icom HF transceivers, it's a must for CW. These are discontinued but you gotta have them. Cheaper than buying a new radio.
