Superior to traditional stovetop method
Vastly superior to cooking jam the traditional way in a pot. Uses less sugar, jam sets every time, preserves the flavor and color of the fruit. Best of all, does not boil over and ruin the stove and kitchen, and pots. The one small drawback is that it makes a small batch. Jam or Jelly made easy
The instructions were easy to follow. Using the machine was fool proof. Add the ingredients as per the instructions and the machine does the rest. It's easy to clean. Many of the parts are dishwasher safe but I prefer to hand wash it. A bit of jam does get in between where the blades attach. You have to use a Qtip or soft brush ( like the ones used for reusable straws). It's not a lot that get's in but I would like to clean sugary products completely.
