Save your money
This product does (sort of) what it's supposed to do, but only if you are willing to use a lot of elbow grease and time. Even then, you will end up with a significant portion of vegetable that will not go through the blades. And then you have to clean the thing, which, even with the supplied brush is tedious at best. Inexpensive and somewhat easy to use
