    Excellent Quality. Ranks right up there with the Griswold oldies!

    This is a terrific skillet. Quality is excellent. Makes absolutely perfect grilled cheese. Clean up is so easy. Care is very simple. I am slowly acquiring a set of Le Creuset pans/cookware because the result of cooking in them is consistent, food is cooked evenly, and cast iron just seems to lend an improved taste. I have a number of Griswold cast iron pans that I love and Le Creuset ranks right up there with the best of the oldies!
