I bought and installed this on my Z270 Mobo to go with my i7 7700k and it works great. No problems at all. Note: I did just install this 1 stick, so I have 16gb in a single channel. I was curious of the speed and performance difference between single and dual channel and the difference is negligible for what I use it for (gaming and programming). If you are doing a lot of video rendering or operations of that nature then dual channel would be the route you would want to go.
