Best cleaver ever, there's enough mass to chop through chicken bones and beef ribs, but small enough for quickly slicing onions and shallots without having to change knives. I've owned this knife for months and so far the edge has held up perfectly. Considering this cleaver is made from Swedish Sandvik steel, price-wise this is a bargain!

Looks great, however the performance is a huge let down. It's advertised as being able to "chop through beef, lamb, pork or poultry like a professional". What it doesn't say is the blade will chip when chopping up a whole chicken. Extremly disappointed, stuck with x2 now.
