Mix Z-POXY in a plastic cup or on a non porous surface like a piece flexible plastic. Only mix enough epoxy as needed, any excess epoxy cannot be saved after it has been mixed. Since epoxies cure by an exothermic chemical reaction, ( give off heat ) and heat can speed the cure of epoxy, mixing large amounts can shorten the pot life if not spread out right away.
