    Puritans Zinc for Acne

    I recently realized that acne has to be attacked externally and internally. I have been taking the zinc for acne for about a week and really can see a difference(I'm also using vitamin e cream and Cetaphil skin cleanser).

    Did not work for me& it’s hard to swallow! Before&now.

    I’ve been taking the pills 2x a day after I finish a meal for 3 weeks now. I have seen no improvement whatsoever, my acne (a lot of tiny pimples on my forehead and nose) maybe even worse from the pill, idk. But it definitely did not work for me. Idk if I need to take it longer like a month and over to see results.. Also it’s a bit big, has this weird smell, and taste to it causing it hard to swallow.. I would need milk with it.
