Good product. You will need to read the manual to understand how to tune in and use a couple basic functions but once you know them, it's easy. It took a few times of trying to tune the DAB radio to get it to pick up stations. It eventually picked up many, but not all. That may have to do with my local reception? Sound is really great for such a small speaker! It's great that you can dim the lighting on the clock face to suit your needs. I would recommend this product as good value for money

I purchased a refurbished unit as I considered the new price a little expensive. I am reasonably happy with this unit, but it could easily be made a little more user friendly. Requires several operations to get even the most basic functions. For example: When powered up It always starts at a very low set volume that is not user settable - that default level should be user settable or else it should resume at the last volume level used. The sleep function could be implemented by simply pressing the snooze button while powered off, making it easy to achieve in the dark without having the need for multiple operations.

This clock radio has so many features that are useful. Love the sound of the radio and especially the multi level adjustment to the brightness to the display. If you follow the instruction booklet, everything is easy to set up. Love this clock radio and full marks to Richter.

Good value for money. Sensitivity quite good and much better than some competing products. Essential for DAB+ where many DAB+ radios simply drop out at a frustrating rate and sometimes for minutes on end due to low signal. Menus fairly easy to navigate but quite extensive so you will need to spend a little time getting familiar with the options. A minor quibble is the dimming control which you must access via the menu. I prefer a simple control on the unit exterior. A compact and unobtrusive unit for a bedside table and exactly what I wanted, not some massive thing with dual speakers and a disc slot.
