Awesome printer
Have been using HP printer series at home for not heavy duty usage - like 100 pages per month. This is the most expensive one I’ve bought - well still quite cheap but it’s very worth it. The WiFi connection enables you to print from your phones which is very nice and easy to set up. Remember you have to turn on the power so that the ink boxes will be movable for you to install the inks. Very satisfied with the purchase. The “downside” is it attracts my son’s attention who is curious for his kindergarten age and presses the button that does page smears once in a while. :)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Let down by softwair
Good looking printer but a complete pain to set up it tells you to download the hp app to make install easy but it does not install and then it tells how you easy it is again and again I was considering beating it with a garden spade. But even though my pc tells me that it has not installed I have managed to print and scan with it .Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Amazing Printer for the money
I bought this wireless printer/scanner/copier because it was cheap in all honesty and it's not too big and looks nice. I am amazed at how good it is and how easy to set up it was. The laptop sits nicely on top of it and it even will order you ink when it's getting low. A 5 month free subscription and only £1.99 a month after that will let you print 50 pages a month. Print more and it will charge £1 per extra 10. But you will never pay for ink. Perfect for light use. I couldn't be happier with it. I highly recommend it. Not Bad.....So Far
Product reviews are always asked for as soon as you get the thing, so it's a case of this being okay, for now, hence the four stars. When I've had it six months and it has not broken down, I'll say five stars. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Big bright white light though and I have mine in a bedroom, so buy a sleeping mask. The neon is very bright. Good print in black but not so good at doing pictures on normal print. I shall have to set for the best quality. Overall, a beautifully aesthetic piece of kit, in white to match my bedroom furniture and works perfectly. So far. I have opted for the HP Ink service, because on each occasion I have not and added a so called "compatible cartridge," the thing has seized up. At £1.99 a month, £24 a year is a lot cheaper than a single cartridge at £49 off fleabay. Well worth the money....so far.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good Value
i bought this printer to replace my old one and was quite happy to pay the price for it as I only use a printer now and again. the quality of the documents printed were really quite good as was a photo which i did. The set up was quite easy once I got the information from HP web site to do this. I am really quite pleased with it. You do need to download the HP smart Print App on your mobile phone or tablet to enable you to print on wireless operation which I you need to have on, on your device. Love the ink system
I bought a HP Envy on recommendation from a colleague. This come with a 5mth free ink trial and it comes with ink in the box too. You pick which ink package you want and 5mths are free. There is a free package for very low users and unused pages can be rolled over too. You can also change which package you are on. No need to download software just put the app on your phone or from a pc just connect via WiFi. Great Printer!!
For what I use it for, mostly printing documents and scanning it works great. I bought this also so I can keep ink costs low the new smart inks are too expensive and something which I really don't need so the inks can be picked up for a really good price. All that you need.
I've worked with computers and printers for many years; I didn't have one at home as I didn't have the need of it until now. HP always has been a good choice, more if your use it's average and you are not looking for professional jobs that needs more colours selections. This particular model does all that I need, it's printing quality it's perfect for my job presentations and the school materials for my son. HPENVY 5032 quiet with better detailed control panel
Prompt delivery,well packed, some glitches setting up as an AOP as have changed to Apple Mac format which has made connecting the printer by wireless quite complicated as could not initially remove the old printer which was preventing the wireless connection.....however eventually sorted by deleting the whole set up & starting afresh! Print good as was colour, & much quieter than my last HP,however as my printer beneath my study desk system,difficult to read facia unless sitiing on the floor, maybe facia could be tilted upwards quite a bit more?Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Fantastic First Class Printer
This is the best printer I have ever owned. A complete breeze to set up and use. Have opted to use the instant ink service which appears to be excellant.
