We have an earlier breville dual boiler. However we needed to tamp it ourselves and also manually froth. the grinder was also seperate. Even so we thought it was great...until we saw the oracle at a friends home. A great step up on what was already a good model. Now my partner is able to make a coffee without any prior learning other than a few simple instructions from me - as it does not require any real skill (well maybe a little).
