This product works extremely well on tired muscles, light sprains/strains. It goes on cool and you can feel the cold penetrate the area where it is applied. The coolness can be felt for quite a long while after the application. I usually reapply every two or three hours if needed, but usually don't. A must-have product!!
I was recently diagnosed with arthritis in my lower back and was told about this product from a neighbor who is a Massage Therapist. Because of her comments I ordered the Bio Freeze product. As soon as I received it I used it on my back and knees (OA there too) and it was great! The cooling effect was wonderful and lasted quite awhile. I highly recommend this product----but must be the "Professional" product---to anyone with aches in their joints or muscles. I use it on my arthritic knees when I have flare ups and two or three applications a day makes a world of difference. Fixes so much
I’m in my 20s with a body that has more metal then a restored car from the 50s.
