    Good product...

anytime you dont have to deal with the electric cord it must be a good thing. The price was a bit high as I have found another one with a Milwaukee 8.0 lithium ion battery for less. No matter its still a good quality product.

Burns through batteries like they're fuses.

Burns through batteries like they're fuses. M18 5.0 amp hour batteries lasted about 20 minutes. Had to resort to the heavy, corded MIlwaukee buffer I've relied on for 30 years to finish the job. I've spent quite a bit on Milwaukee M18 Fuel tools recently, this one does not live up to Milwaukee's reputation. I contacted MIlwaukee and they had little to offer. They suggested I have a local dealer look at the polisher. The local dealer said it was fine. $250 down the drain.

  • Great stuff

Its an awesome tool. Very easy to run and is much lighter than the corded ones. Has lots of power and is relatively quiet. It does take a big battery to run it any length of time though.

  • Nice tool

I purchased this tool to wax my boat while standing in low water. It works just like a plug in polisher. The only thing I can say is buy two or three batteries, so you have power. The draw eats up batteries

  • Wow

Nice tool ,tons of power & is well balanced . Very easy to handle & does a beautiful job. But does use up batteries fast , so have one already charged & waiting .

  • Good Buffer

It has the power as a traditional rotary buffer while being lightweight and convenient without being connected to a cord.

  • I wish I bought it a year ago

I buff sometimes 3 hours a day. On average about an hour, 5 days a week. This buffer has as much power as my corded Makita and weighs less. I use a 5 amp hour battery, that usually lasts 2-3 days or approximately 4 hours, depending if I'm compounding or polishing. Compounding makes more resistance and takes more power. I would say you could polish a whole car with one 5ah battery. If your sick of dragging a cord around, or need to buff in a wet wash bay, this is the way to go!

  • Works great, perfect for my shop

Works as expected for a Milwaukee. Did my entire crew cab truck on high speed using two - 6 ah batteries with juice to spare. I certainly recommend running a 5ah or higher battery with this tool.

  • Good Tool.

I'm in the PDR business and this makes cleaning up areas that I've been working on a breeze. Lightweight and balanced. I got the 9.0 batter for 75 buck here in town... I haven't charged it yet. Holds speed under load pretty good, not like a 120v buffer, but if your pushing that hard on a car you obviously don't know what you're doing. 2200 rpm is all you really need anyway. GOOD BUFFER ! now if only we could build it here in America!

  • Nice tool

I have used this product for a month now. I’m in the collision repair industry and use a polisher daily. I like the convenience of cordless and light weight. The only caution I’d warn someone looking to purchase this for the use that I use it for would be. I wish it had a little bit more power to get your 2500 grit scratches out. It works but it takes a little more time than with a electric that has a higher rpm. I would recommend having at least 2 batteries since it chews through them pretty quick. I can only get a side of a medium size car polished using a 2 step process before tool looses its power. That said it’s upside is nice and it works pretty well. I’d recommend it.
