It takes a few days for the creatine to build up in your body but once you consistently take it you get a huge pump at the gym, increased reps and better recovery. Make sure you drink loads of water throughout the day and youre good to go. Photos are after 2 weeks of use and only being to the gym 45mins a day 5 days a week for the last 4 weeks.
