Nice unit just need to work it out with a bit of trial and error
Good product! I had a small hark before and i seem to remember the burner being closer to the chip container! Seems to take quite a while to get it smoking! Have only used once so far! Probably take a bit of trial and error! Having a bit of a problem keeping the temp down! Think i might try running with one burner when I do my mullet fillets as they are thin and i would l like to get the temp down to the low 100s

got to try it out over the weekend, definitely set the burners lower to start with, heat stronger on the left and right sides so need to move your meats around, good product easy to use
