5 minute test as description. 9.7/10
Very early days yet and only tested it for a short time, it ran lights, fridge, aircon and microwave on high in caravan with ease for approx. 5 minutes. Everything operates as per the description without hesitation or fault. Seems very solid (also bigger and heavier than expected, I am 65 and it will travel in the back of a canopied ute. I can manage), but as described also, the handle and wheels are a huge asset. Without a sound tester and not being the recommended long distance from it, it appears to be quiet enough I guess. (I will further sound proof it though for peace of mind). the remote started it early in the morning for a cold test without the choke (Ballarat, 7 degrees) with more ease than I expected, quite happy. One tiny negative and not sure how often it will need to be done is the access to, and the filling of the oil. All in All, a 9.7 out of 10. But, as I said early days. Fingers Crossed.

NICE unit
I previously had an XGSF 3700 that people told me would be no good. I had it for 12 years, cost me $340 when I bought it if this Gentrax is half as good I’ll be a happy man. Pretty impressed with his performance to date.
