FANTASTIC MEMORY!
I have used A-TECH memory in all my systems with NO problems at all. The only time you will ever have a problem is if you use the WRONG kind of memory in a system. EXAMPLE if your system takes PC3 DDR3 memory and you try to boot with PC3L DDR3L memory it will not boot. If you try to use DDR4 in a DDR3 system it will not boot. If you try to use a faster memory then your mother board manual suggests it may not work. People who have complaints about A-TECH memory not working are either using the WRONG memory for their systems or they are installing the DIMMS/SODIMMS incorrectly. I have never had any problems with A-TECH memory working properly. In fact, A-TECH is my number one RAM provider. Kingston and Corsair are good name brands but they are OVERPRICED. Worth It
My 2012 and 2013 imac 27" computers perform significantly faster and smoother after swaping out from 2X4 GIG (8Gigs total) chips with these 2X16 GIG (32 Gigs total) chips. Easy swap and these chips are not cheaply made as i have seen in some reviews. If you are contemplating whether your old iMac is worth it.....Let me assure you it is. Gave me a little more breathing room for my ThinkPad T440p.
The jump from 8GB to 16GB is a big one. Sometimes 8GB just isn't quite enough. Even if you don't need 16GB, being able to go a little bit past 8GB now and then is really what you're earning yourself. If you've ever had your system start to hang or swap while having 8GB of RAM, this upgrade will get you a little peace of mind. No longer is it the end of the world when you're using 7.5GB. Memory, performance and good price
