Does the job
For its size and price it does the job quite well. However it’s a bit flimsy and there are gaps in the moving components which meat gets inside and is difficult to clean. The stainless steel is definitely not quality. For the DIY salami or sausage maker doing low volumes (5kg at a time maximum), it’s handy but I suspect won’t last overly long if care is not taken with usage and meticulous cleaning.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
