Pictures are of a magnaflow not this muffler
The pictures are of a magnaflow muffler not this muffler as a crossflow muffler for the Camaro/firebird it's a bad design but it was originally designed for an offset inlet dual outlet same side and if it's used like that it's a great design and would flow great it would be a wonderful muffler for a truck Dodge, Ford, or Chevy truck as a single inlet dual outlet but it is definitely not a crossflow transverse muffler. My recommendation is lookup the muffler on xlerrator website and it will tell you. I returned this and went with the new Cherry Bomb Vortex Crossflow muffler it's like having both a flowmaster and magnaflow in one without the drone of the flowmaster and slightly louder than magnaflow

Not a true transverse muffler but good quality
The muffler's internal design is that of a offset inlet with dual outlets. Buy a Magnaflow or Borla if you want the best flow and a more even sound from the tips.
