Bernadette Fisers began researching her new diet when she decided to make much-needed, radical changes to her unhealthy lifestyle. After much research and experimentation she lost more than 30 kilos in 30 weeks and began sharing her new plan with other mums and friends. Distilling all she'd learned into a pamphlet and then a fabulously designed self-published book, her first print run of 1,000 sold out in days. She knew then that she'd hit on a winning formula that was quick to read, easy to follow and had lasting health benefits for people who, like her, struggled hard to lose weight long term. As a highly successful hair and makeup artist, Bernadette has worked with models and celebrities in the fashion and advertising industries for over twenty years. She lives in Melbourne with her daughter and is working on her new cookery book.
