Money for productivity
For 200 aud, the monitor can have 3 documents open side by side. The 29 inch model would better I guess in terms of size versus money spent. I want some thing that isn't too big, just perfect for my table size, so this is perfect. Color accuracy is great, as one would expect from an IPS panel monitor. Used for light video editing (the wideness do help in this). I have been using LG monitors because I like the on screen control, a software to adjust monitor settings without pushing the buttons on the monitor. Brightness can be adjusted. I play guild wars 2, which supports the aspect ration of the monitor. In-game wide view was satisfying.

Great little monitor
Very nice monitor great picture quality is only quite small, smaller than I thought as it is ultrawide it's about as long as a 27inch monitor but only 2 thirds the height. I will never go back to 16x9
21x9 is so much better than 16x9, this LG 25UM58-P does a good job of it. I will never buy another 16x9 monitor again. It makes games and video editing so much better.
