Superior Quality Bluetooth Wireless Headset from Sennheiser
Superior Quality Bluetooth Wireless Headset. Lovely, smooth as silk sound from this noise-canceling headset by Sennheiser. Pairs up quickly with your notebook computer or phone compatible with Bluetooth 4.2. Initial charge out of the box is 3 hours but in return you get up to thirty (30) hours of listening pleasure. Charges from your computer or ordinary USB charging device via the supplied USB cable and the built in charge indicator lets you know the battery's charge level. The first time I used them in silence (noise-canceling) mode I was amazed because all outside noise was gone. I actually thought there must be something wrong with these things because I could not hear ANYTHING but this is what they are designed to do in this mode making it easy to shutout annoying noise. Built-in microphone array sounds clear to your Skype friends as well as your callers on the phone. The integrated touch pad on the right earphone lets you adjust the volume up and down with a vertical slide and you can answer and hang up a phone call with back and forth slide of your finger. A tap turns the headset OFF or ON. The headset provides status messages by voice and mine is set to respond in English. They are amazing. I am anxious to try the Sennheiser PXC550-II headset just released but these old PXC550's I have now just won't fail. Nice feel, well made, quality audio product. Not a "toy". A serious audiophile device. One of my favorite Thai easy listening music singers is Boy Sompob and he never sounded sweeter. Great Headset as compared to the big dogs given the price a good used pair goes for now.
I have Bose QC35II but wanted a headset with better ability to eliminate background noise by the MIC when on calls. The level of noise cancelation on these is slightly sub teh Bose, but not that I really missed. Plus this has the options of muting the volume and hearing outside without having to take them off my head to listen to someone.
