Received the FOB’s in good condition within a few days of placing my order. I got the keys cut at the local Ace hardware store for $20 each to match my old one. The website listed for programming them did not have instructions available that I could use. However, the instructions were available in my Malibu owners manual. Also, I found complete programming instructions online by doing a Google search. Programming was easy, requiring less than 5 minutes for both of them. These keys are exactly like my original Camaro keys, I'm very happy! We didn't want to take the new ones to the dealer to be cut since there's a "recall" on them and were afraid they would maybe keep them, it was really easy to just switch the keys from my old fobs to these new ones. Way easier than I expected.
This was so easy to program, totally surprised. The hard part was changing the actual keys from the destroyed remotes that came with our newly purchased 2011 Buick LaCrosse CXS. Was the wrong one for my 2011 Cruze. I only needed the 3 Push Button Type. I had friend transfer Key and network to 1 works find. But unable to use it to open my trunk. Had to order the correct one. an exact replacement! Swap your blades!!
These work well! The entire purchase and delivery was smooth and effortless. I was apprehensive at first, you know if you looking and reading this, the dealer wants $150 for replacement and programming so how could this be? Right? The blade is smooth and uncut, a local locksmith wants $30 to cut it using the old as a template. Still not bad right? Punch the small pin out holding the blade in and swap it with the old one. Saved that $30. Follow the downloadable instructions and it takes less than 10 minutes!! For me, that included walking out to the car lol!! A simple easy to follow exact replacement!! Worked great

Blade too long
It didn't work for me. I used a locksmith to cut and program the key. He said the computer chip is for a Buick - I have a Camaro. Not a huge deal but it should be noted. The blade is too long and, after the key was cut, I cannot turn on the car with it. The locksmith is going to order new blades and install them in the fob for me.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
