Best flavour of all the Optifast VLCD range
After having to have a total gastrectomy and other complications of losing most of my small intestine, l have to live on either puréed food, soups or Optifast shakes which have the right balance of nutrients. I found out of all the Optifast flavours, the coffee is the nicest even though l am not usually a coffee person. The flavour is not overpowering, not sickly sweet but just right. And unlike the other flavours it doesn’t give me any dumping which is a horrible side effect most sweet products can give those who have had a TG.
