Another good product from Streamlight!
The light is perfect for the job I use it on. It is lite weight and durable. Only thing for me is, I wished the spot would have been smaller or focus able and the led more of a white white. Great upgrade from the original
Same robust body/design as the tried and true original. Charging system works great, o-ring seal is robust. Starts in low-mode (from off), which I prefer. ONLY con with this light is how they programmed the mode change command. To get to high-mode, you have to turn the light on and very quickly tap the switch (half depress). The window for this ekstra "tap" of the switch is VERY small, ie: I often hit it too soon or too late, and the LIGHT ends up staying in low-mode. Very annoying! I would say this is a nice back up duty light but I have actually used it as a primary light with no problems on my ambulance rotations. It has even come in handy on the fire ground.
