These have completely upgraded my cook on the weekend ready for the week meal prep
These are PERFECT for portion control! Cooking up a batch of curry, freezing them into half cup portions, then popping them out like icecubes and storing them into a ziplock bag for when a want a quick curry hit. Works well with cooked rice, and uncooked mince too, if you want to freeze "ready to use" portions. Pro tip: Once the contents are frozen, pop them out and put them into a different container, so you can wash and use the portion pods to portion out something else.
