    Great So Far

    Our Hotpoint microwave was only 2 years old when it stopped operating. Problem was prematurely worn Latch hook causing door switches to burn out. I replaced the Latch hook with a new unit specifically for the Hotpoint/GE. It lasted only 4 months. After some research, I discovered that the Frigidaire unit was the exact same design as the Hotpoint latch hook. Thinking it might be a better grade of plastic, I purchased it. It fit in my microwave perfectly. Our microwave has been operating without a hitch now for 2 weeks. The only thing preventing me from awarding 5 stars is that it has not yet proven itself over time.
