I thoroughly enjoyed Scoop One and Scoop Two as they provided a fascinating insight into Pete Townsend's working methods and also showed the extent of The Who's input to the final versions. Unfortunately there is very little of interest on Scoop Three much of which can best be described as doodling. Many of the songs show Townsend's long-held fascination for synthesizers, and sound like him messing about with different sounds rather than actual songs. It sounds like he has hit the bottom of the barrel in going through his archives, and if he releases Scoop Four at any point I will be approaching it with a lot more caution!
