One of the things I like about this tuner , is that it will Tune any stringed instrument at all !! Guitar, bass , ukulele , violin ... anything ! It has a very easy to use backlit LCD interface , so if your using it on stage it’s easy to see . You have the option of using the tuner either by vibration or via the built-in microphone . In addition, it’s small and compact . I highly recommend this brilliant little tuner :)

I haven't tried the St=2 yet, my friend wanted this as a present despite my warnings: from the other snarks I've tried- snark works as well as any cheap tuner but for a larger price and with more negatives. It turns on with a tap so its on by accident a lot, its on a stalk so it wont fit in the case without removal, again the cheap ones can be JUST as visible but don't protrude, The metronome resets its speed setting EVERY TIME, doesn't have AUDIO or a back light or alternate beats which it needs as it only has a small heart to show the beat but is almost invisible with light nearby. AND SNARK THEMSELVES warn to NOT Leave it on coz they use rubbers that may damage the guitar surface if left on! HONESTLY, SUCH a waste of $!!! My cheap $10 tuner does it ALL, more options and BETTER for FIVE TIMES LESS!!!! I feel snark have made it LOOK good which it does, but with less options than even basic tuners i PERSONALLY find it unacceptable. FAIL!!!!Read full review

I have always used Snark tuners as they are accurate and easy to use but find they are not very robust. The ball joints have broken on 3 of my snarks and I've had to araldite the bits into place.
